A high-profile education reform organization says Wisconsin's educational policies barely pass muster, giving them a D+.

StudentsFirst, the organization formed and led by Michelle Rhee, released its national State Policy Report Card last week in an effort to highlight the group's efforts to push for national reforms regarding teacher evaluations, promote school choice and education spending.
