It probably falls somewhere after church and football, but chicken dinner is right up there on the list of things that just seem to say Sunday in Green Bay.

For an upcoming cover story, we'd like to pull a chair up at some of the local restaurants that still put out an old-fashioned chicken dinner spread with all the fixin's on Sundays. Yep, we're talking mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, the whole plate full. And if they serve it up family style, well, all the better.

Since some of those spots are in small communities or along a country roadside, we're asking for your help to find them. If you know of a great spot for Sunday chicken dinner, please email kmeinert@greenbaypressgazette.com. Or, if you grew up in a family where Mom or Grandma's fried chicken dinner was a Sunday tradition, we'd love to hear your memories. Please be sure to include your full name and city.
