Call for chefs for Kids Food Event 2013

Local chefs are invited to enter a healthy, kid-friendly recipe to win a chance to appear at the first Kids Food Event in March.

The top six recipes and those chefs will be invited to demo and help kids make their recipe at the Kids Food Event from 4-7 p.m. March 2 at The Children's Museum of Green Bay.

The event will offer a fun food focus where families can try healthy, delicious foods by local chefs and learn about proper nutrition. It will include a plant-a-veggie activity, fun with the YMCA and a nutritionist available to answer any questions. ...
