Ganther Construction/Architecture Inc., of Oshkosh, was selected as the construction manager to renovate the former Valvoline Oil Quick Lube building at East Ann Street into an office/distribution center for Goodwill Industries of Northeast Wisconsin.

According to Tim Rinn, director of Business Development for Ganther, modifying oil change buildings is complex because of their design. But, he said, "these buildings are typically in great locations and with a little creativity can be useful once again."

In addition, the project will focus on recycling and reusing the waste oil and equipment, according to a news release.
