Prep roundup: West hockey blanks Edgewood

MADISON - Sam Wiegert added to his school record shutout total making 16 saves and the Wausau West boys hockey team got scoring from six players in its 3-0 victory over Madison Edgewood on Saturday.

Alex Gessler, Zach Peterson and Justin Anderson tallied the Warriors' goals and John Metzinger added two assists. It was a nice win for the Warriors, as Edgewood is unbeaten in the Badger South Conference.
