Plans to redevelop the riverfront in the heart of Kaukauna are expanding across the canal.

A commercial and residential development is planned for the former Gustman dealership at Lawe Street and West Wisconsin Avenue. The 51/2-acre project will be built across from the riverfront's anchor development, the restored 88,000-square-foot Eagle Mill building, which is expected to house the Kaukauna Public Library and other businesses.

The two projects, under development by Stadtmueller & Associates, will form the Grand Kakalin neighborhood. The developer will share information about ...
