TR council approves Harbor Master Plan

Establishing a "real connection" between the Two Rivers Harbor and the downtown area, redeveloping the former Eggers Industries and Thermo Fisher Scientific sites, developing a marina with transient boat slips, and connecting Mariners Trail to Rawley Point Trail are among the projects outlined in a Harbor Master Plan Monday night by the Two Rivers City Council.

After a public hearing at which no one spoke, council members unanimously approved the plan, which City Manager Greg Buckley said is "meant to serve as a guide for future investment, for future grant applications."
