A wind chill advisory has been issued for all of Northeastern Wisconsin through noon Tuesday. Wind chills of 25 below zero to 30 below are expected tonight.

The National Weather Service is calling for sunny and cold conditions today, with temperatures hovering at a high of 3 degrees. Wind chills will range between 15 to 20 below zero tonight, with west - northwest winds at 9 to 13 mph, gusting up to 20 mph. ...
