Wisconsinites have presence in inaugural parade

Anthony Halloin loves to toot his own horn, so he's looking forward to performing in another inaugural parade today.

"I've done two of them already, but it's always an honor to do the inauguration," said Halloin, grandson of the recently deceased Sam Halloin, Green Bay's longest serving mayor. "It's one of the most-watched historical presidential events we've participated in."
