The Wausau West High School Concert Chorale performed today at Carnegie Hall.

The choir of more than 50 students got the opportunity to perform at the famous New York City venue thanks to a familiarity with a modern Welsh composer and a YouTube video. A year ago, the Concert Chorale performed "Sanctus," at the annual Wausau West Music Department's Christmas Concert. "Sanctus" is part of a large work by composer Karl Jenkins titled "The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace."
