Sex offender to be released to Green Bay facility

A convicted sex offender is scheduled to be released from custody today to an address on Green Bay's west side.

Robert M. O'Malley, 62, is being released to a state-run transitional-living facility at 1761 Shawano Ave., according to Green Bay police. He will be under supervision of Wisconsin probation and parole agents.
