Y to hold Heart Healthy Day for seniors

The Oshkosh Y will be offering an Active Older Adults (AOA) Heart Healthy Day on Wednesday, Feb. 6 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Downtown Y location. The Downtown Y is located at 324 Washington Ave. in Oshkosh.

The event is free and will include the following:

Exercise for Your Heart

Learn About Keeping Your Heart Healthy as you Age

Enjoy Heart Healthy Snacks

Talk with Representatives from the American Heart Association

Learn about Eating for a Healthy Heart
