Stepping On class offered for seniors

Network Health and the Oshkosh Community Y are teaming up to offer the Stepping On class for seniors. The classes will help seniors build confidence and reduce falls. This seven-week course will be held at the Oshkosh YMCA, downtown location, 324 Washington Ave., Oshkosh.

Classes run Feb. 20 to April 3, every Wednesday from 9 to 11 a.m. The course is $10 and includes a Stepping On participation guide. To register, call Nurse Direct at (800) 362-9900 or visit www.affinityhealthy.org.
