Alleged dope deal, fight lead to arrests

Three people have been charged with an array of felonies and misdemeanors for a fight that allegedly occurred in retaliation for an aborted drug deal.

Dylan J. Diener, 19, 3830 S. 11th St., and Brian P. Benirschke, 21, 714 Kentucky Ave., are charged with felony robbery with the use of force, being a party to the crime, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

They both face more than 11 years in prison and $60,000 in fines if convicted. ...
