A Sheboygan teenager on Thursday pleaded not guilty by mental disease or defect in the killing of his great-grandmother in September.

Antonio Barbeau, 14, also agreed during the afternoon court appearance to waive his right to a reverse-waiver hearing that would determine whether to have his case moved to juvenile court.
