Sophomore guard Cole Stefan matched his season high with 18 minutes against Valpo and scored four points, his most since transferring from La Salle last season.

UWM update: The last-place Panthers, whose only conference win came at home against Cleveland State, are coming off a major collapse in Wednesday's 60-50 loss at Illinois-Chicago. Panoske of Brodhead originally made a verbal commitment to play for UWGB but changed his mind. He has started the last four games for the Panthers. ... Senior guard Paris Gulley averaged 19 points per game against UWGB last season and made eight 3-pointers in the two games combined. He missed the first six games of this season with a broken hand.
