Tony Kujava had to think long and hard while plotting his next move last summer.

He was 20 years old. Decisions had to be made. After winning 35 games in two seasons as a goaltender for the Janesville Jets of the North American Hockey League, a part of him was ready to start college.

However, the Green Bay Notre Dame alumnus also had his dream of playing NCAA Division I hockey. To make that happen, he'd need to test the junior hockey waters one more time. ...
