Fire rips through two-story home

Six fire departments helped the Luxemburg Fire Department on Sunday night in its effort to extinguish a house fire in Duvall, just south of the Door-Kewaunee county line.

Firefighters were called at 6:54 p.m. to N9272 County AB and found the three-stall attached garage fully engulfed in flames when they arrived, Fire Chief Lew Du Chateau said Monday. Fire also was already spreading into the two-story home and its attic.

Kewaunee County land records confirm the house is owned by Kevin and Stacy Bouche. No one was home at the time of the fire, Du Chateau said. ...
