For the first time this February, two Winnebago County high school students will attend the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) Conference held near Washington D.C. with adult advisers from re:TH!NK. Two students were selected to attend the National Youth Leadership Initiative (NYLI), held at the Gaylord Convention Center in Gaylord National Harbor, Md.
