The Brownsville Public Library will once again host "Food for Fines" during the month of February. For every one non-perishable food item donated, the library will forgive up to a $1 fine, with no limit. This can be applied to fines only, and the library material needs to be returned or renewed and not damaged or lost.

The food collected will be donated to the Lomira Area Food Pantry. Please check expiration dates. Items with expired dates or upcoming expiration dates in February of 2013 will NOT be accepted!

This is a great way to clear your library card and help someone else at the same time!

Library hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 1 to 7 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday 3 to 6 p.m.; and Saturday 10 a.m. to noon. For more information, visit www.brownsville.lib.wi.us; or call 920-583-4325.
