The sky was glowing Saturday night as Green Bay celebrated winter.

But the twinkle didn't come from the stars, but from Winterfest on Broadway's Luminaire release.

The 10th annual winter celebration drew hundreds to the city's downtown district, and attendees finished the event by releasing 500 luminaires into the night sky. Luminaires are candle-filled kites. ...
