Work continues on pace to get the fifth floor of the WaterMark building ready for its first tenant to move in March 1.

C.H. Robinson, a transportation logistics company based in Minnesota, will move its branch office from Ashwaubenon to the downtown Green Bay riverfront building, becoming its first tenant.
