SNOW EMERGENCY restrictions in effect at 11 p.m.

The City of Wisconsin Rapids has declared a snow emergency to allow for snow removal from city streets, according to a news release from the Wisconsin Rapids police department.

The emergency will be in effect starting at 11 p.m. today until noon Monday.

Vehicles parked on city streets will be ticketed and towed at owner's expense. All odd/even parking is suspended during this time.
