In the budget he will introduce in February, Gov. Scott Walker will make one of the most momentous decisions of his administration. It will determine whether hundreds of thousands of additional Wisconsinites have health coverage (as many as 7,000 in Brown County), and whether we create over 10,000 new health care jobs.
