The post-Packers preparations have begun for Greg Jennings with free agency a little more than one month away and his future in Green Bay in doubt.

According to Neal J. Leitereg from Realtor.com, the two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver has placed his home in De Pere up for sale (http://tinyurl.com/aan975b).

It's the same 4,788-square foot home he purchased in 2006 shortly after being selected in the second round by the Packers, whom he played the past seven seasons for.

Jennings compiled 6,537 yards and 53 touchdowns during that stretch, but both sides appear ready to part company with the team opting to not extend Jennings’ deal this season.

Speaking with reporters during the final media availability two weeks ago, Jennings also seemed at peace with finding a new NFL home after signing a three-year extension to stay in Green Bay in 2009.

“At the end of the day, you know the Packers are going to do what's best for the Packers,” said Jennings, who played only eight games this season because of a core muscle injury. “And that's not going to change whether you're No. 4, No. 80, No. 85, No. 77 (Cullen Jenkins). That's going to be the case.

“They're going to do what's best for the Packers and the organization. And as the other half of the businessman sitting down at that table, I have to do what's best for myself and my family.

The five-bedroom, five-bath house located 15 minutes away from Lambeau Field is listed for $525,000.

According to the post, recent updates saw the addition of a spacious master suite with hardwood floors, which features a spiral stairway leading to a walk-in closet and spa-like master bath, while a spacious lower level boasts a large family room with a built-in bar, putting green and theater room.
