A Sheboygan teen charged in the murder of an elderly Sheboygan Falls woman will be in court Tuesday for a reverse-waiver hearing that will determine whether to shift his case to juvenile court.

Nathan Paape, 14, is being tried as an adult but his attorneys will present evidence in support of the case moving to juvenile court, which would bring a substantially shorter sentence than adult court, should Paape be convicted.
