A former massage therapist will enter pleas next month to charges he sexually assaulted two women during sessions at his Appleton business.

James S. Storm, 41, of Menasha waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday in Outagamie County Court on two charges each of third- and fourth-degree sexual assault.

A 16-year-old girl went to police in May and told officers Storm touched her genital area while working on one of her legs during an April appointment. Storm touched her breasts during the same session, the criminal complaint states.

Storm told police the contact was accidental.

Another woman told police Storm touched her in an overtly sexual manner toward the end of a Nov. 15 session, the complaint says.

Storm is free from custody after posting a $10,000 cash bond. He's prohibited from engaging in massage therapy for the duration of the case. He will return to court Feb. 12 for an arraignment hearing.
