Winter storm warning takes effect at midnight

Up to 9 inches of snow, strong winds will make traveling dangerous

The Wisconsin saying goes, "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute, it will change."

On the heels of a day with spring-like temperatures, the Fox Valley will awake Wednesday to a strong winter snowstorm with lots of snow and strong winds. Road travel is expected to be treacherous.
