Area schools pilot staff evaluation overhaul

Principal appraisals no longer accessible by public

For the past two years, the state has worked to develop a new evaluation system for teachers and principals that focuses on professional development and student achievement.

Area schools, including Oakfield and Waupun, have begun piloting the program in advance of statewide implementation in 2014-15.
