Signs of a rift within Green Bay's Hmong population have stirred concerns among city leaders about the future of a longtime Hmong community center.

The center, located on city property at 401 Ninth St., has operated for 30 years as the social and cultural hub of a Hmong population that now surpasses 3,000 people.
