Oshkosh stalking victim to be featured on Discovery

After a two-year relationship filled with stalking and abuse, Robin Banker-Keepers' case helped change Wisconsin laws in 2004 to make it easier to achieve stalking convictions and, as a result, protect victims.

And now she is getting a chance to share her experience with the world when her story is featured on an episode of Stalked: Someone's Watching, which airs on Investigation Discovery at 9 p.m. tomorrow.

Banker-Keepers' encounter with stalking began when she met Ronnie Thums in the summer of 2001. ...
