Youth football league to kick off

Children who have an interest in playing football competitively or trying the sport for the first time won't have to wait until they're older - and will be able to do so close to home.

Registration is starting next week for the inaugural season of De Pere Youth Football.

The league, which will start play in the late summer, will be open to boys and girls going into fifth and sixth grades who live within the boundaries of the De Pere and West De Pere school districts. ...
