The application period for open enrollment in Wisconsin public schools for the 2013-14 school year will start Monday, Feb. 4, and run for nearly three months.

Parents/guardians of students in 5-year-old kindergarten to grade 12 can apply for their children to attend school districts in the state other than the one in which they live. Applications can be submitted to up to three nonresident school districts.

Parents/guardians can apply for their children to attend 4-year-old kindergarten under open enrollment only if their resident school district offers a 4-year-old kindergarten ...
