Two wins by De Pere High School's short-handed varsity boys basketball team coupled with a loss by Pulaski has the Redbirds alone in first place again in the Fox River Classic Conference.

Despite playing without senior standout Adam Beyer, De Pere rolled to lopsided wins of 67-50 at Sheboygan North on Thursday and 71-38 over visiting Green Bay East on Tuesday.

The Redbirds (14-2 overall) are 11-1 in the FRCC. They are a game ahead of Pulaski (10-2), which lost 51-50 to Ashwaubenon in double overtime Tuesday. ...
