Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For information, call 715-346-1401 or 866-920-2525, or on the Web: www.co.portage.wi.us/adrc. Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: yoga; fiction writing.

11:30 a.m.: music by Agnes Mallek.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge; pottery; acrylic painting; buying a digital camera.

Lunch menu: chicken fettuccine with Alfredo sauce, peas, apricots, peanut butter delight bar.

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m.: wood carving.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: introduction to acrylic painting.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear; conversational Spanish.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:15 a.m.: Smear at Plover dining site.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Junction City dining site.

1 p.m.: chip carving; continuing Spanish.

1:30 p.m.: LIFE -Laugh Away the February Doldrums.

6:30 p.m.: reception for fiction writing class authors.

Lunch menu: cabbage rolls, boiled baby red potatoes, three bean salad, whole grain bread, strawberries.

Feb. 6

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

9 a.m.: cribbage.

9:30 a.m.: Drama on the Edge.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Homestead Tax assistance at Amherst dining site.

11:30 a.m..: presentation on healthy snacks.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining sites; beginner Polish; Nutrition Program Advisory Council.

1 p.m.: pinochle; bridge.

1:15 p.m.: advanced beginner Polish.

2 p.m.: intermediate Polish.

Lunch menu: turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli salad, dinner roll, seasonal fruit.

Feb. 7

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: knitting; Soul Collage; foot care clinic.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

12 p.m.: birthday celebration at Hi-Rise dining site.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Lincoln Center and Amherst dining sites.

1 p.m.: duplicate bridge.

1:30 p.m.: Wii bowling.

Lunch menu: tater tot casserole, carrot coins, warm cinnamon apples, whole grain bread, ice cream.
