A wind chill advisory is in effect from midnight Thursday to noon Friday with expected wind chills from 15 to 25 below zero in Green Bay.

Wind chills that low can cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes and can lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Anyone outdoors should wear a hat and gloves.
