The week's weather roller coaster continues today with a blast of arctic air.

After mild temperatures and rain Tuesday and about 8 inches of snow on Wednesday, a push of arctic air is expected to bring below zero wind chills into the area beginning today.

"It's hard to pick out my outfits," said Michelle Brzezinski, an Oshkosh crossing guard stationed at the intersection of Bowen Street and School Avenue. "Especially with all the precipitation. There's so much water. We're standing out here for one hour at a time and you get home sopping wet. You have to be careful what you choose to wear." ...
