Seniors invited to learn about heart health

The Oshkosh Y will be hosting Heart Healthy Day at the Oshkosh Y Downtown facility, 324 Washington Ave., on Wednesday, Feb. 6 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

Seniors are invited to attend this free event to exercise their heart, learn about healthy eating, sample heart healthy snacks, and meet with cardiac professionals.

The event is free and open to all seniors in the community.
