A former St. Norbert College basketball player has lost his bid to punish his coaches for treatment that he says was too tough and eventually drove him out of school.

The District III Court of Appeals upheld Brown County Circuit Judge William Atkinson's dismissal of a lawsuit that Tyler Wyand-Williams, 23, of Combined Locks, filed against St. Norbert, head basketball coach Gary Grzesk and assistant coaches Kyle Brown and Woodrow Wilson.
