Neenah Paper expands product lines with purchase of Southworth Co. brands

ALPHARETTA, Ga. - Neenah Paper Inc. on Thursday announced it has completed the purchase of certain premium business paper brands from the Southworth Co.

The company said some of the Southworth brands are sold by major retailers including Staples, Office Depot, Office Max and Walmart. Annual sales from the acquired brands are approximately $20 million.
