What initially started as social networking group a little more than a year ago has evolved into a statewide business organization.

On Tuesday the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce will host a launch event at the Stone Cellar Brewpub, 1004 S. Olde Oneida St. The chamber, which offers networking and business development opportunities for the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and gay-allied business community, selected Appleton for the event because of the city's efforts to promote fairness and decision in 2011 to offer domestic partner benefits.
