February, the month of love and romance, is the time when New Year's resolutions have either become a habit or something we continue to work at. Exercise, the most popular resolution for many, usually falls to the wayside. Stop in to Lowell Center, so we can help get you back on track and help you reach your goal.

? Valentine's Dance. Dancing is great exercise. Come for a spin around the dance floor from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 13 with Jerry Strack providing entertainment.

? Senior Exercise meets at 10:15 a.m. every Tuesday and Friday. Participants are asked to provide a 25-cent donation at each class.

? Line Dance Class. Continue on with the dance idea and join our line dance class at 10 a.m. each Monday. Cost is $2 per class.

? Our March trip is open to everyone. We will travel to the Wisconsin Dells on March 16 to see the Rick Wilcox Show - Magic & Illusion. Consider a trip with the family. Call the Lowell Center office about pricing and available seats at 715-421-1051.

? On July 24 we travel to Green Bay to hear about our beloved football team. We will take a ride on the Packers Heritage Trail, enjoy lunch and then see "Through Curley's Eyes" at the Meyer Theater in Green Bay. Stop in to Lowell Center to reserve your seat.

? AARP Tax Aide Program. Volunteer counselors trained in cooperation with the IRS will be available from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and select Thursdays from Feb. 4 through April 10 at the Lowell Center. Bring a copy of your 2011 tax returns, documentation of 2012 income, two forms of ID for each person filing to include Social Security, driver's license or picture ID and all 2012 paid expenses for itemized deductions. If filing for Homestead, bring your 2012 real estate tax statement (whether paid or not), and/or a signed completed rental certificate. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED. Call the dedicated phone line number of 715-422-2776 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to set up a personal tax appointment. Due to the influx of calls at the beginning of the program, please be patient with us. All calls will be returned as soon as possible and all appointments will be made via the telephone.
