After just two weeks at its new location, Off the Wall Custom Framing & Art has seen increased traffic and attracted new customers, owner Brenda Frahmann said.

The frame shop moved Jan. 14 to 148 S. Central Ave., the former site of Cole's Music.

Frahmann's husband, Jody, said he and Brenda inquired about renting the space the day they learned Cole's Music was closing. ...
