A short trip to Hidden Valley Ski Area in Manitowoc County means more time on the slopes and less time in the car for downhill ski enthusiasts around the area.

Hidden Valley features six runs from beginner to expert.

There's a terrain park with a variety of rails, jumps and boxes for snowboarders to perfect tricks, while those wanting to just remain upright on the slopes can take advantage of private and group lessons available in 1-hour incraments.

Rental equipment is available as well as a repair shop. And don't worry, there's a lodge for warming up and enjoying snacks and drinks.

Call (920) 863-1450 or check Hidden Valley's website www.skihiddenvalley.us/ for conditions, hours and other information.
