Bob Radder has accepted the position of executive vice president and general manager, and Lea Kuivanen the position of operations manager. Radder joined Graphic House in September as vice president of sales. He brings more than 25 years of business development and management experience and is responsible for day-to-day company leadership as well as development of the company's long-term strategies.
Kuivanen has been with the company for more than 15 years and brings experience in human resources, scheduling and service. She is responsible for leading the manufacturing and installation teams.
Pam Thompson joined the organization in the position of director of Finance and Accounting. Thompson has more than 20 years of financial and accounting management experience and is a certified public accountant. Thompson will assist Radder in helping to identify strategic opportunities as well as managing day to day accounting and finance activities.
Carla Nemitz has rejoined the team in the position of designer/estimator. Nemitz has spent close to 25 years with the Graphic House team at various times over her career.
