Mike Halbach is supremely confident that the convictions against the two men who killed his sister, Teresa, will never be overturned.

"I'm definitely not worried," Halbach said after an appeals court last week rejected Brendan Dassey's request for a new trial. Last year, an appeals court rejected a similar appeal by co-defendant Steven Avery. They were convicted in Manitowoc County of first-degree intentional homicide, sexual assault and mutilation of a corpse in Teresa Halbach's Oct. 31, 2005, death.
