Lutheran Homes of Oshkosh Inc. is about celebrate 50 years serving the Oshkosh community, while a change in leadership has the organization thinking more about the next 50 years.

Theresa Bertram joined Lutheran Homes as president and CEO on Jan. 7, in the wake of the departure of former CEO Craig Ubbelohde and interim CEO Kris Krentz for similar agencies in La Crosse and Stoughton, respectively. Both Ubbelohde and Krentz helped launch the organization's new Eden Meadows short- and long-term skilled care centers west of Oshkosh on Witzel Avenue.
