Riverview Health Promotion will offer Zumba Gold classes from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, March 5 to April 30 (except April 16), in the lower-level conference center at Riverview Medical Center.

Zumba Gold is for active older adults, those who haven't exercised in a long time or those with physical limitations. It strives to improve balance, strength, flexibility and heart health. Some featured dances include salsa, cha-cha, cumbia, rock 'n' roll, merengue, twist, Charleston, belly dancing, flamenco and tango.

The cost is $40 and $32 for those 60 and older. Registration and payment will be accepted on a first-come basis at the Riverview Medical Center front desk starting Feb. 11. All participants must register in person, as a waiver signature is required. For more information, call Riverview Health Promotion at 715-421-7500.
