You laid out the challenge - up to a $1,000, matching the donation to the Red Kettle bucket, two days to accomplish with the money to be used for the replacement of the vandalized trees, lights and ornaments surrounding the Town of Riverview ice skating rinks. The call went out for volunteer bell ringers.

The people responded representing all the northern Oconto County towns, people who enjoyed the lights for themselves and their families. We were united, working toward a joyous holiday season with the bright lights reflecting off the ice, guiding the skaters from the family rink, to the ice road, to the hockey rink.

All of you made our Christmas season memorable, a season shared and complemented with the true meaning of giving.

Thank you,

Paal Hansen
