Homicide charges have been filed in connection to a December crash that killed an elderly Oshkosh man by a motorist who is accused of being intoxicated and had a suspended driver's license from a previous drunken driving conviction.

William G. Doemel, 57, of Oshkosh, was charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, causing injury by the intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, causing death while operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license, and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license.
